A tribute to a recently deceased old school friend who's life was dramatically changed at age 15 when he was attacked by a gang whilst on an LSP trip.
lyrics
A bottle in the face as the trip kicked in,
He was never coming back, once the fear gripped him,
It consumed his mind he would never be free
Pushed over the edge at just 15.
His mind saw things no boy should see,
A nightmare, horror, bad LSD.
Stuck on the fence as the gang gave chase
10 on 1 sealed young Victor’s fate.
The eyes stare long, the voice wears thin, a victim of a voice within,
No one sees the hurt & pain, beyond the cut and into the grave.
From a tortured mind, came a meek reply,
From a Face, and a Voice, to a recluse life.
He was damned by time, full of petrol hate,
with a Taxi driver, engulfed in flames.
